Honouring life with Ceremonial cacao, yoga and women’s rites of passage
My vision
In our hyper-stimulating world, holding space for ourselves with sacredness and intention allows us to deepen our relationship with our inner world and show up to the external world with more integrity. Ceremonial Cacao, yoga and meditation are safe allies to help us nurturing connection and intuitive guidance amidst the complexity of modern life.
Experience
With thirteen years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, my approach is inspired by a deep longing for awakening our inner wisdom and embodying our essence. Motherhood and my Azorean ancestry inspire me to embrace ceremony and honour women’s rites of passage, allowing one to celebrate change and live with more alignment and grace. Since 2015, I have held artistic events and expression circles. I hold a Master’s degree in geography from UQÀM. I am a trained Ceremonial Cacao facilitator with Aynua Shamanic School of Northern Peru, the birthplace of cacao. I also completed a certification in clinical aromatherapy.
