Celebrate a woman's passage into motherhood with the gentle support of Ceremonial Cacao. Motherhood is one of the most profound journey a woman can experience in her life. With its nurturing qualities and health benefits, cacao is a safe plant medicine that can assist women who are walking the path into motherhood, helping them overcome stress, tension and fears about their new journey.

In addition to an opening prayer and a cacao service, the ceremony may include:

• Offering wishes and songs for the mother and baby.

• Guided meditation and poetry.

• Cacao belly painting.

• Everyone writes a letter of support to the mother. Once the baby is born, I will send one letter a month to the mother.

• Creating an aromatherapy oil blend or bath salts that will be offered to the mother to support her in labor and her postpartum journey.

• Other pampering rituals to honour the mother to be.

Every ceremony is unique. Prior to the ceremony, we would have an initial meeting to plan according to your needs and preferences. On the day of the event, I would arrive one hour earlier to prepare the space.
